Items must be returned within 30 days.
Please contact us via email at oiwastravel@gmail.com before returning or exchanging items.
The returned items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original hangtags attached.
Except for defective or mis-shipped products, the customer will be charged the shipping fee we sent out and the shipping fee from the customer to our warehouse.
If they receive damaged products, they do not need to bear the return shipping cost.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
Refund will be returned to the same card when you used to place the order.
